This is a collection of short stories by a variety of writers including Elizabeth Arnold, Alan Gibbons, and Lauren St John. Anthony Browne has provided the art-work.    

The stories are varied.  They cover family friendships, geography, imaginary pets, friendship, anthropomorphism,  animals, and evacuee children.

The book is 175 pages long, blocked text and uses an adult font.
